"Food, clothing and Abode" are the fundamental needs of humanity. Among these, it is for the third one that the majority has been striving hard during their life time. In modern times an abode is not a mere building. It is meant "security and well – being" that would transmit positive energy.

A ‘house’ within the life span is a universal policy. So far as the majority of human beings are concerned, it is true, but for a minority it is not, ie., a lot may have more than one building where as some others have one. Apart from these, there is another category who have been looking forward to fulfil their lifelong ambition to build a home, having done only the primary works.

The above said facts are derived from my vast experience of twenty years in the field of constructing villa- projects, high –rise apartments, commercial buildings, five- star hotels and resorts in and out of the state of Kerala.

I am satisfied if anyone who either starts to construct his ‘dream home’ or corrects his mistakes in the construction process by reading my instructions that follow.
